Creative Arts Showcase, Thursday 11th July 4.00pm – 6.00pm
Parent Teaching and Learning Workshop, Thursday 11th July 5.00pm – 6.00pm
We are delighted to invite you to our Creative Arts Showcase; a celebration of the talent and creativity of our students across this academic year. This exciting event will be held on Thursday 11th July from 4.00pm – 6.00pm in our new Creative Arts Centre.
The showcase will feature:
- Visual Arts Exhibit: An exhibition of paintings, drawings, sculptures, and mixed-media artworks created by Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5 students
- Theatrical Performance: Year 10 Drama performance of Metamorphosis
As well as the Creative Arts Showcase, we will host our module six Parental Teaching and Learning Workshop between 5.00pm and 6.00pm. This is part of the Academy’s focus on working with you to support your child’s learning.
Our Lead Practitioners will be facilitating this session in our new Creative Arts Centre which is aimed at introducing parents to the Approaches to Learning and the Learner Profile that we use within and outside the classroom. We will also provide support and information on the homework that will be set for the summer holidays for all of our students.
